All Sales Final
At The Tres Chic Edit, each item is carefully curated and individually selected for its quality, style, and uniqueness. Our collection consists of limited, one-of-a-kind pieces rather than mass-produced inventory.
Due to the unique nature of our products and for hygiene considerations, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after an order has been placed.
Orders begin processing immediately after purchase, and we are unable to modify or cancel orders once they have been submitted.
We encourage customers to carefully review all product photos, descriptions, measurements, condition details, and sizing information before completing a purchase. We strongly recommend reviewing all measurements prior to purchase, as size charts vary by brand and era. We are not responsible for items that do not fit due to sizing differences. If you have any questions about an item, please contact us before checkout so we can provide additional information.
Because many of our pieces are unique and only available in limited quantities, we are unable to offer exchanges or replacements for items that do not meet personal fit, sizing, or style preferences.
Item Condition
Many pieces offered by The Tres Chic Edit are unique finds and may have characteristics consistent with their age, previous ownership, or individual nature. Any notable flaws, wear, or condition details will be disclosed in the product description and photos whenever applicable. Pre-existing conditions that have been disclosed do not qualify as damage for the purposes of this policy.
Customers acknowledge and agree to review all item details carefully before purchasing.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged in transit, or if you receive an item that is different from what was ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery per tracking at thetreschicedit@gmail.com.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution. Damage claims submitted after 48 hours of confirmed delivery will not be eligible for review.
Lost Packages
The Tres Chic Edit is not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the carrier once they have been handed off for shipment. If your tracking shows a package as lost, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We are happy to assist with documentation where possible.
Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. The Tres Chic Edit is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Chargebacks & Disputes
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this All Sales Final policy. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a change of mind, sizing preference, or any reason covered by this policy is considered a violation of this agreement and may result in being permanently banned from future purchases.
