Due to the unique nature of our products, limited availability, and hygiene considerations, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after an order has been placed.

If your item arrives damaged in transit, or if there is an error with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery per tracking with photos and details so we can review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution.

All prices are listed as displayed on our website. Full payment is required at the time of purchase before an order can be processed. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
