Processing & Shipping Times
Orders are carefully prepared and typically processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email so you can follow your package's delivery progress.
Most U.S. orders arrive within approximately 3–7 business days after shipment. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Shipping Carriers & Methods
We ship via USPS and may use UPS or other carriers depending on package size and destination. Available shipping methods and rates will be displayed at checkout.
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Free Shipping
Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders. Any applicable free shipping thresholds will be displayed at checkout and may be subject to change.
Shipping Responsibility
The Tres Chic Edit is not responsible for delays, lost packages, damaged packages, or delivery issues caused by the shipping carrier once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Please verify your shipping address before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and your local carrier. If the issue is unresolved, please contact the carrier directly to file a lost package claim. We are happy to provide documentation to assist with your claim.
Returned-to-Sender Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping. Please contact us at thetreschicedit@gmail.com to arrange reshipment. Please note that all sales remain final and returned-to-sender packages do not qualify for a refund.
Order Tracking
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been processed and shipped. Please allow the carrier time to update tracking information after the package has been accepted.
